14 days sale or return (from delivery date) in original packaging paid for by customer recorded delivery

Must be returned in original condition with strings not pulled or cut in any way.  All curtains are photographed before dispatch.

All our curtains are Second Hand / Up Cycled and therefore will not be in "New" Condition unless stated as new - please do not expect absolute perfection - this is up-cycling and reusing and they may show small signs of use

Please budget for cleaning as we do not add to the expense of the items by dry cleaning. Most of the curtains are good to hang straight away  

Some curtains will need a good airing and that will be mentioned in the listing if they fall in to this category - usually they are in excellent condition unless stated 

All second hand Curtains may have fade on them in various degrees - if it’s excessive it will be noted in the listing.

We reserve the right to Reject RETURNS & Refunds if goods are damaged in anyway.
